Is delivery free?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders across India.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on most pin codes. We may call or message you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and usually delivered in 3–7 working days. Remote areas can take up to 10 working days.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all UniquePods products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

How do I request a replacement?

Within 7 days of delivery, email your unboxing video, photos and Order ID to replacement@uniquepods.in. See our replacement page.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds for prepaid orders reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality check.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of cost before dispatch. Email orders@uniquepods.in with your Order ID.
