Request for Replacement

Received a damaged, defective or wrong product? Request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

How to request

1. Keep your uncut unboxing video and take clear photos of the issue.
2. Email the video, photos and your Order ID to replacement@uniquepods.in, or WhatsApp them to +91 78779 60753.
3. We review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement after quality check.
