Welcome to UniquePods. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website uniquepods.in and to all purchases made on it. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About UniquePods

UniquePods is an Indian online store selling consumer electronics and accessories such as wireless earbuds, smartwatches, power banks and projectors. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to UniquePods. The terms "you" and "customer" refer to the person using the website or buying from it.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information (name, address, phone number, email) when placing an order.

3. Products and Information

  • We try to show product images, colours, specifications and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings.
  • Minor changes in packaging or design may occur due to supplier updates. These do not affect the core function or quality of the product.
  • Specifications such as battery life and range are typical values under standard test conditions and may vary with usage.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available.
  • We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partners under their own security standards.
  • In case of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when it is dispatched.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, non-serviceable address, suspected fraud or incorrect information. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
  • We may limit the quantity of products per order or per customer.

6. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Shipping, cancellation, replacement, return and refund terms are explained in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Warranty

Products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in our Refund Policy. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse or unauthorised repair.

8. Use of the Website

  • You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful code, to attempt unauthorised access, or to copy or misuse website content.
  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs and graphics, belongs to UniquePods or is used with permission, and may not be copied without written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for hosting (Shopify), payments, shipping and analytics. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UniquePods will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
